I am a bit confused it says cmake 3,2,3 is available for download and if you follow the path to cmake you find the latest release is 3.1.3? on this page https://blog.kitware.com/cmake-3-2-3-available-for-download/
The 3.2.3 release was from 2015 so it isn’t the latest anymore. If you still need to get the 3.2.3 release you can download it from either https://github.com/Kitware/CMake/releases/tag/v3.2.3 or https://cmake.org/files/v3.2/
