Claudine Hagen is Kitware’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prior to becoming the CFO, Ms. Hagen was the Director of Finance at Kitware for over four years.

Ms. Hagen leads, directs, and manages the finance, accounting and cash management functions; she oversees the processes of financial forecasting, budgeting, and financial and tax reporting; and she advises the company on long-term business and financial planning.

Ms. Hagen has more than 19 years of experience as a leader and recognized expert in financial reporting under U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (U.S. GAAP). She has extensive experience partnering with senior management teams to develop business strategies, provide operational support, and optimize accounting and finance functions.

Prior to joining Kitware in 2013, Ms. Hagen was an Audit Senior Manager at KPMG LLP (KPMG), where she led multi-disciplined teams in the delivery of independent financial statement audits and professional services related to financial reporting, internal controls assessment, and complex business transactions.

Ms. Hagen holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University at Albany, where she graduated summa cum laude.
