Yvette Fitzgerald joined Kitware in September 2008, as a policy and procedure administrator. Prior to joining Kitware, Yvette was a corporate litigation associate with a large law firm in Delaware. She handled various corporate matters including contract disputes, shareholder actions, derivative actions, and partnership dissolutions.

Yvette received her B.A. with a concentration in political science and communications from the State University of New York at Geneseo in 1996, and her Juris Doctor from William and Mary Law School in 2000.
