Naresh P. Cuntoor received a B.E. from the Karnataka Regional Engineering College, Surathkal in 2000 and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Maryland, College Park in 2003 and 2007, respectively. Dr. Cuntoor joined Kitware in October 2008 as an R&D Engineer in the Computer Vision group. Prior to joining Kitware, he was with the Signal Innovations Group in Durham, North Carolina. His research interests are in computer vision, image and video processing, machine learning, topology and differential geometry.
